Can you create something that is not already in your shop?

Yes. Use our Custom Order Form to describe your idea and upload any artwork, sketches, logos, or inspiration photos. We’ll review it and contact you to discuss the possibilities.
What materials and production methods do you use?

Depending on the project, we work with wood, acrylic, metal, fabric, leather, and other materials using laser cutting and engraving, UV printing, embroidery, sublimation, and mixed-process production.
How long will my order take?

Most ready-made products ship within 2–4 business days, while most personalized and custom products ship within 3–7 business days. We provide an estimate for larger or especially complex projects before production begins.
Can I send you my own artwork or logo?

Yes. Upload your file through the Custom Order Form. Clear, high-resolution artwork is helpful, but we can review what you have and let you know if anything else is needed.
