Every Precision Customs order is carefully prepared and packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Times

• Ready-made products: Most orders ship within 2–4 business days.
• Personalized and custom products: Most orders ship within 3–7 business days, depending on design complexity, order size, and material availability.
• Large or especially complex projects: These may require additional time. We will provide an estimated completion date before production begins.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During unusually busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you.

Shipping and Tracking

Delivery time begins after your order has been processed and shipped. Shipping times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are separate from our processing time. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Carrier delays, severe weather, and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery dates. Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order and contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed.
