How personalization works
- Place your order.
- Email one clear, high-resolution pet photograph and the pet's name to bryan@precision-customs.com. Include your order number.
- We will prepare the engraved portrait and contact you if the photograph cannot produce a quality result.
Processing time: 5–7 business days after receiving a usable photograph and complete personalization information.
Photographs with strong lighting, good contrast, and a clearly visible face produce the best engraving. Each portrait is individually prepared, so composition and engraved shading will vary.
