Personalized items may be eligible for a return only if they are defective or damaged. They are not eligible for return or replacement if there are mistakes due to spelling errors or incorrect information provided during checkout.
Non-Personalized items may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of receiving. Refund will be processed upon receipt of returned item. To start the refund process, please email us a picture of the item with a reason of the return.
